Helping local families feel supported, connected and less alone

Based in Woy Woy & Umina, we support families across the Peninsula of the Central Coast

Come as you are. Meet local families, watch your little one play and get the kind of peer support that only other parents in the same season of life can offer. Supported playgroups also available for families who'd like an extra layer of guidance.

Carrying your baby well makes a real difference - for bonding, settling and getting through the day. Our trained consultants will help you find a carrier and position that works for your body and your baby.

A gentle, evidence-based class that helps you tune into your baby’s cues, support their physical development and build a deeper connection - while also offering you and your little one a calm, supportive and genuinely lovely hour in your week to slow down together.

For families where additional support would make a meaningful difference. Our experienced team delivers evidence-based therapy, early intervention and parent programs, with pathways through Medicare, NDIS and private funding.

Songs, signing and smiles - this class is as fun for caregivers as it is for babies. Our classes use music and key word signs  to support early communication, and it's genuinely one of the highlights of the week for the families who come.

Feeding a baby or toddler can be joyful, complicated, exhausting and everything in between. Our team offers practical, non-judgemental support through breastfeeding, bottle feeding, starting solids and beyond.

Got questions about your child’s development? Unsure if what you’re noticing is “normal”? Our team can help you make sense of it  - with no pressure, judgement or long waits. Early support and developmental screening is available for families at any stage.
