Lexy Wilson is a Speech Pathologist with over 20 years' experience in paediatrics and developmental disabilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Speech Pathology and Therapy, is a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and has postgraduate training in Autism Assessment and Behaviour Analysis.

Lexy has held senior leadership roles, including coordinating statewide parent education programs (Early Days Workshops) for ASPECT. She brings specialist expertise in brain injury, autism, and complex developmental disabilities, and provides strong clinical governance, evidence-based practice oversight, and strategic leadership to support high-quality service delivery and sustainable growth of the organisation.

Nicola Parker is an Early Childhood Educator and Director of Early Intervention with more than 20 years' experience supporting young children and families. She holds a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Speech Pathology) and is a qualified infant massage instructor, babywearing consultant, and Certified Key Word Sign Presenter.

Nicola brings strong operational knowledge of early intervention service delivery, documentation, and compliance, and contributes to governance through her expertise in family-centred practice, workforce support, and early childhood systems.

Lee Puklowski brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the Board as a parent of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability.

She holds a senior leadership role in events security, with extensive experience managing large teams, complex budgets, risk management, and operational logistics.

As Treasurer, Lee provides robust financial oversight, budget management, and strategic risk assessment, supporting the organisation's financial sustainability, accountability, and responsible growth.

Philippa Skipper has over 25 years’ experience working in community services, specialising in the design and delivery of prevention and early intervention programs. She has worked extensively alongside communities, families, and service providers to develop place-based initiatives tailored to local needs. Philippa has established strong partnerships across Government and non Government sectors and brings deep expertise in collaboration, systems navigation, and community engagement.

She is a strong advocate for early learning, developmental diversity, and positive parenting, and contributes a strengths-based, inclusive perspective to governance and strategic planning.

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, inclusive practice and leadership, Ursula brings extensive knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting children, families and educators. Having held Directorship positions across early childhood settings, Ursula has developed strong expertise in centre leadership, team mentoring, curriculum oversight and coordinating  inclusive learning environments where all children can thrive. 

With extensive experience supporting children and families, Clare provides compassionate, child-centred counselling tailored to each child’s emotional, developmental and behavioural needs. Her approach is warm, flexible and evidence-based, supporting children, siblings, parents and carers through life’s challenges while building emotional resilience, connection and confidence.

Dani is a qualified teacher and experienced Early Intervention Specialist who is passionate about supporting children and families through evidence-based, play-based learning. Trained in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), she brings a warm, engaging and supportive approach to every child and family she works with.
